Refund Policy

 

This return and refund policy ("Policy"), together with the Terms and Conditions, sets out SwatiRx procedures and policies in accepting: Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations thereof. Any return or cancellation of your products or services is subject to the terms and conditions set out under this policy.

 

Payment

 

For making payments to use any of the Services over the SwatiRx platform or to purchase any items listed for sale on the SwatiRx platform, you may use any payment service, including UPI, online banking, debit cards, or credit cards ("Fees"). After you complete the payment of the Fees, you will be forwarded to our payment aggregation partners ("Payment Aggregator"). You acknowledge that once you are redirected to the Payment Aggregator, the Payment Aggregator's terms and conditions and privacy policy will govern how the transaction is carried out. You agree to be bound by them. As stated in our privacy policy, we will share your information with the Payment Aggregator, and that information will be handled in line with the Payment Aggregator's privacy policy. 

 

If you provide incorrect or incomplete information (including that pertaining to a credit or debit card(s) for the purpose of paying the Fees, if you use a credit or debit card that is not legally yours, or if you allow a third party to use your password or another method to access your bank account, credit card, or debit card, SwatiRx shall not be liable in any way. You must use the payment methods at your own risk and discretion; neither you nor our Payment Aggregator will monitor how you use any payment channel.

 

Our Payment Aggregator and banks reserve the right to refuse payments with respect to any order, including those involving illegitimate transactions, potential or actual fraud, suspicious activity, problems with card authentication and authorisation, overpayments made as a result of mathematical errors, and other problems.

 

Our Payment Aggregator may block any card number, account number, group of cards or transactions from any specific blocked or blacklisted customer cards, accounts, IP addresses, devices, or geographic locations as deemed fit.

 

Return Policy

 

2.1 We make every effort to provide the goods you request in accordance with your demands. However, to ensure a prompt resolution, please get in touch with SwatiRx User Support within 30 Minutes of receiving the products if you discover any of the following: (a) an incomplete order; (b) an expired product; (c) a damaged product; (d) an incorrect product; (e) a doctor changing the prescription; or (f) a patient's death. Please be aware that SwatiRx will not assume accountability for delivery concerns if you fail to contact us within 30 Minutes of receipt.

2.3 Return Process 

Please visit www.SwatiRx.com/help and chat with us from 9 AM to 8 PM, Monday through Sunday, for the return notification.

After receiving a complaint, the SwatiRx customer care staff will investigate it within 72 (seventy-two) working hours.

Upon confirmation that the claim is valid and reasonable, SwatiRx will start the process of collecting the product(s) that need to be returned.

The customer will be required to pack the product(s) in the original manufacturer's packaging.

Within 30 (thirty) days from the date of reverse pick up, the refund will be processed (if required).

 

2.4 It is impossible to return things that have been declared "Non-Returnable" on the product detail page or whose return period has passed. When our partner licenced retail pharmacy checks the returned item, SwatiRx will refuse to issue a refund or authorise the return of the "Non-Returnable" product to you if such an item was truly returned along with another returnable item (s).

 

Refund Policy 

 

3.1 At SwatiRx, we make every effort to guarantee your complete satisfaction with our products. And if you meet the criteria outlined below, we'll be pleased to give you a refund or replacement:

 

3.2 Please note that the refund amount mentioned at the time of return on the Platform is an estimate and will be finalised after the completion of verification. Once the pick-up is completed, and the seller verifies the product, a refund of the total amount paid for the products returned by you will be initiated for eligible returns, as mentioned above.

 

3.3 A full refund is only possible if:

you received a defective item.

the item(s) ordered is lost or damaged during transit.

You have received a product that has crossed the expiry date.

 

3.4 Following the seller's completion of verification, the payment is anticipated to appear in your account according to the following timelines:

3.5 SwatiRx can not be held responsible for any delays in reimbursements caused by third-party affiliates (including banks), customer information delays, technological difficulties, or other factors beyond reasonable control.

 

4. Cancellation Policy 

 

4.1 Before it is designated as "Out for Delivery," an order for medicines or healthcare items may be cancelled through the "Order Details" tab on the SwatiRx website or mobile app (the "Platform") or by calling our customer support line at +91 7719642655. Otherwise, you can reject it when it is delivered, in which case a refund will be performed in accordance with the Refund Policy.

 

4.2 We might have to cancel certain orders because we are unable to accept them. We have the right to reject or revoke any order for any reason at our sole discretion.

 

4.3 Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include:

 

limitations on quantities available for purchase;

inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information;

problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

 

4.4 We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your account has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back into your account as provided in the 'Refunds' section below.
